I had the opportunity to work with Lenka Vávrová in a company where I have the responsibility as a Plant Manager. We had to fill a gap of 4 months in the position of the plant HR Manager and luckily Lenka was available to support us as an interim HR Manager. During a short time, she was able to get a solid overview about the existing processes in the HR department and to support me in difficult HR tasks. The plant management received also good recommendations from her about internal HR processes that can be improved. I can highly recommend Lenka as a professional HR Manager for interim solutions.
